We do not offer any return, exchange, replacement, or cancellation of services once a purchase is completed.

Given the digital and instantly accessible nature of our educational products — including online courses, certification programs, digital resources, and learning materials — all sales are considered final at the point of purchase.

We encourage all users to carefully review the course description, features, and pricing before completing a transaction.

Refund Eligibility

While we maintain a strict no-cancellation policy, we do consider refunds under specific, limited circumstances:

Refunds are provided only when there are verified technical issues.

  • LMS Technical Issues — Technical problems related to the Learning Management System (LMS) that prevent you from accessing the purchased service or course content.
  • Incorrect Assignment — An incorrect course or service was assigned to your account that does not match what you purchased.

Refunds are not applicable for reasons including (but not limited to): change of mind, dissatisfaction with course content, or failure to access due to user-end issues such as internet problems or device incompatibility.

How to Raise a Refund Request

Time Limit: 24 hours from transaction

To initiate a refund, users must raise a formal request within 24 hours of the transaction or service assignment. Requests raised beyond this period may not be considered for review.

When raising a refund request, please include the following information:

  • Your registered email address and full name
  • Order ID or Transaction reference number
  • Date and time of purchase
  • Clear description of the issue (technical error / wrong assignment)
  • Screenshots or supporting evidence (if available)

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is received, our team will review and verify the claim. Here's what to expect:

Step 1 — Request Submission

User raises a refund request via email within 24 hours of purchase, with all required details.

Step 2 — Verification

Our support team verifies the claim and checks for technical errors on the platform's end.

Step 3 — Decision

The Company communicates the refund eligibility decision to the user via email.

Step 4 — Refund Credited

If approved, the refund amount is credited to the original payment method within 1–2 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds via alternative payment channels.
